John’s path to becoming a leading voice in team performance is unconventional by design. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he learned how world-class organizations build and develop people. Unsatisfied with a single industry’s answers, he spent five years traveling to more than 40 countries as a tour guide — logging hundreds of conversations with business owners across every industry, on every continent.

One problem surfaced everywhere: teams weren’t ready for what came next. And it was costing companies everything.
